Domino's is rolling out a global campaign for Minecraft Dungeons II, giving players free skins, a companion, and up to tens of thousands of access codes for the game. The promotion, called "Domino," kicks off on October 26, 2026 across 19 markets, tying the chain's new block-shaped pizza to the co-op action game that Mojang released on September 29, 2026.
A new block-shaped pizza and the promo launch
The centerpiece of the campaign is the "Domino," a new, smaller Domino's product designed to be eaten during a shared console session. The pizza is cut into two rectangular slices, which the brand openly compares to Minecraft's blocks. According to Marketing Dive's report, the promotion starts on October 26 and runs through November 4, 2026.
Domino's marketing chief Kate Trumbull commented on the launch of the partnership: "When we launched the Domino, we saw an opportunity to think beyond the pizza itself and create experiences that surprise and delight customers," as quoted by Nation's Restaurant News.
What players get in Minecraft Dungeons II
Buying a Domino lets you claim several exclusive in-game items. These include an avatar skin in the chain's colors, the Slice Slayer Cape, and the Cheesy Cube Pet, the first companion in Minecraft Dungeons II created through a co-marketing deal with a brand from outside the gaming industry.

- Free access codes for Minecraft Dungeons II
Every day from October 26 to November 4, Domino's will hand out 2,000 tokens for a free download of the game, which adds up to as many as 20,000 copies of Minecraft Dungeons II, each worth $29.99. As Nation's Restaurant News notes, the total number of access codes across the whole campaign reaches 38,000.
Limited-edition packaging and video content
The promotion is backed by six limited-edition, collectible pizza boxes featuring characters from the game: Corrupted Creeper, Prime Enchanter, Valorie, Zombie, Pig, and Creeper. Domino's also built an interactive delivery tracker dressed up in the game's themes, plus a fifteen-second TV spot.
The campaign's promo videos were made by internet creators, including Merrick Hanna, Daphne Le, JoshVFX, and the MacFarlane brothers, who are known for special effects they post on social media. The collectible boxes are set to go on sale alongside the rest of the campaign starting October 26.
Minecraft Dungeons II and the campaign's reach
Minecraft Dungeons II is a co-op action game set in the Minecraft universe, which Mojang released on September 29, 2026. It continues the formula of the 2020 original, focusing on dungeon runs with friends, which, as Trumbull puts it in a quote cited by Marketing Dive, "is all about teaming up with friends for epic adventures."
The Domino's campaign covers 19 markets worldwide, backed by a base of 37 million active Domino's Rewards members, as of the end of 2025. It's the chain's latest collab with a gaming brand, but the first to lean so heavily on the Minecraft universe. If you'd like to try the core game before picking up the spin-off, you can grab Minecraft Java Edition from the Java Edition download page or check the current list of releases on the version overview page. Fans of playing together will also find co-op server suggestions in our list of Minecraft servers. The Domino's promotion ends on November 4, 2026, when the last daily token batches expire.
