What is Untamed Wilds?

Untamed Wilds is a mod that reworks Minecraft's wildlife by adding both new animals and new plants. Whales and sharks fill the oceans with living underwater ecosystems that vanilla Minecraft barely scratches. On land, the mod adds new shrubs and flowers that enrich the biomes.

Each species has subspecies with different colors and patterns, which makes animal encounters more varied. Sharks come in many species, including the great white. The mod complements biome mods such as Biomes O'Plenty.

What the mod adds

• Whales - majestic sea mammals swimming in deep oceans. Whales are among the largest mobs in the mod.
• Sharks - several species, from whale sharks to great whites.
• New plants - new plants that enrich the biomes.

How to install

1. Install Forge for the matching Minecraft version.
2. Download Untamed Wilds from CurseForge.
3. Copy the .jar file into .minecraft/mods/.
4. Launch the game. New animals and plants appear in newly generated chunks.
