Minecraft schematic viewer: view builds in 3D
Load a .schem,
.litematic or
.schematic file and view your build in 3D right in your browser.
Three modes: overview (orbit), explore (WASD flight) and layers (X/Y/Z cross-section).
Everything runs locally, so your files are never uploaded to a server.
How it works
Load a file
Drag a schematic file onto the viewer or click "Load file". We support the WorldEdit (.schem), Litematica (.litematic) and legacy MCEdit (.schematic) formats.
Pick a mode
Overview: rotate the build with the mouse, scroll to zoom. Explore: pointer lock, WASD + space/shift, like in the game. Layers: X/Y/Z cross-section, use the slider to step through the floors.
Export a screenshot
Click the camera icon to save a PNG of the current view. The bar at the bottom shows the dimensions and the block count.
Privacy
All files are parsed locally in your browser. Nothing reaches our servers, not even a single byte of your schematic.
Frequently asked questions
Which file formats are supported?
The three most popular formats: .schem (Sponge, used by modern WorldEdit, FastAsyncWorldEdit and WorldEdit-Bukkit from 1.13 on), .litematic/.litematica (the Litematica mod) and .schematic (legacy MCEdit/WorldEdit from before 1.13, with numeric block IDs). The maximum size depends on your browser's memory. In testing, builds of up to a few hundred thousand blocks work.
Why do some blocks have odd colors?
Less common blocks that the viewer has no texture for get a color generated from their name. You can tell them apart from other blocks, but the color won't match how they look in the game.
How do I move around in explore mode?
Click Explore, then click inside the view again to lock the cursor (pointer lock). Controls: W A S D to move, Space to go up, Ctrl or Q to go down, Shift to speed up. The mouse looks around. Esc exits the mode.
Can I paste a schematic into my own world?
Yes. The viewer only shows the build. To paste it into the game, use WorldEdit (the //paste command after a //schematic load) or the Litematica mod (drop the .litematic file into the schematics folder and activate the projection with the M key).
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Parsing happens 100% in your browser with JavaScript. The file never leaves your device: no uploads and no tracking of your content.
