Editors' picks from minecraft.pl: 13 Polish Minecraft servers with real IP addresses, versions, game modes and the current number of players online. The list is opened by our own server minecraft.pl and the partner server mcsv.pl, followed by servers ranked by player activity. We list the number of people online next to every entry, so you can check real popularity yourself.
How this list is made
Disclosure: the first two places go to servers related to this site's publisher. We run minecraft.pl ourselves, and mcsv.pl is our partner server. Neither of them has the most players in Poland; in that respect CraftPlay.PL leads. We put them first because this is our list and our recommendation, but the numbers next to every entry are real, so you can judge for yourself.
The order of the list is an editorial choice. Apart from the first two places, we rank servers by the number of players online: the more people actually play, the higher the server sits.
What this means in practice:
- Real IP addresses: every address comes from our server database and leads to a working server. We do not invent addresses.
- Real player counts: the number of people online next to every server comes from a measurement, not from our opinion. A server with no players does not make the list.
- Version and modes: we list the Minecraft versions the server supports and the available game modes (survival, SkyBlock, PvP, minigames).
- No made-up metrics: we do not list values we do not know (for example the number of Discord members or ping). It is better to leave data out than to invent it.
No server other than our own pays, or can pay, for a place on this list. From third place down, the order changes with player activity.

MatrixMC.pl is a Polish network of Minecraft Java Edition servers with a wide choice of minigames, PvP modes, parkour, team games, creative building and Survival. It supports Java Edition versions from 1.8 up to the newest supported ones. Modes include BedWars, SkyWars, Duels, The Bridge, Parkour, Murder Mystery, Build Battle, Speed Builders, Death Run, UHC Run, Cave Wars, TNT Run and many more. The network launched recently, so it has not had time to build the activity history that would lift it in the table above. That is why we show it separately, as an editors' highlight.
What to watch out for when choosing a server
Pay-to-win
Mojang's EULA has banned selling items that give a gameplay advantage (swords, armor, experience) since 2014. Allowed: cosmetics, ranks with colored names, access to special lobbies. Servers that sell diamond kits break the EULA. Avoid them: an admin who breaks the platform's rules is not playing fair with players either.
Server version
Servers that support 1.8-1.21 (through ViaVersion) are a compromise. PvP on 1.8 (spam clicking) works differently than on 1.9+ (attack cooldown). On PvP servers, check which combat version is the default: it is a fundamental difference in gameplay.
TPS and hosting
TPS (ticks per second) should be 20. Check it with the /tps command (if the server provides it). Below 18 TPS the game lags. Below 15 it is unplayable. Servers hosted close to Poland (OVH Warsaw, Beyond, Hetzner Helsinki) have a ping of 10-30 ms from Poland. Servers in France or Germany have 40-60 ms. The difference is noticeable in PvP.
Backups and map resets
Ask on the server's Discord: "How often do you make backups?" and "When do you plan a map reset?" Some servers reset the map every season (3-6 months): you lose your base, but the economy refreshes. Others never reset: your base survives for years, but the server ages. Both approaches make sense, but you need to know what to expect.
How to join a server
- Launch Minecraft Java Edition (version 1.21.x or whatever the server requires)
- Click Multiplayer on the main screen
- Click Add Server
- In the Server Name field, type any name (for example CraftPlay.PL)
- In the Server Address field, enter the server's IP address from the list (for example
craftplay.pl) - Click Done, then double-click the server in the list to join

Are Polish Minecraft servers free?
Yes, playing on Polish Minecraft servers is usually free. Servers earn money from optional VIP ranks (cosmetics, extra commands), which cost from a dozen or so to a few dozen PLN (Polish zloty). Paid ranks must not give a gameplay advantage (a rule of Mojang's EULA since 2014).
How do I join a Polish Minecraft server?
In Minecraft, click Multiplayer, then Add Server, enter the server's IP address from the list and click Join. Most Polish servers support Java Edition in versions from 1.8 to 1.21.x. Some servers also support Bedrock through GeyserMC.
